I've submitted maybe 5 builds over the last two days, all had the same issue you describe. We haven't received any emails explaining why the builds are removed. Changes to the app since the last accepted build cannot be the cause. Is Transporter warning you to upgrade to iOS 16.1 too (below)? I have no other guesses why this is happening. SDK version issue. This app was built with the iOS 15.0 SDK. Starting April 25, 2023, all iOS and iPadOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 16.1 SDK or later, included in Xcode 14.1 or later.
