I attempted to renew my membership twice, with two different cards, both times I received the following email confirmation:
Dear Devin,
Your Apple Developer Program membership has been renewed for another year and your membership details are below. We look forward to the innovative new apps you'll bring to Apple platforms.
Team Name:XXXXX Company Limited
Team ID:XXXXXXX
Activation Date:November 4, 2022
Expiration Date: November 4, 2023

Both times I went to my membership section and saw that my membership appeared to be renewed.
Now today, 10 days after the 'success' email I get one saying my payment actually didn't go through and my membership is expired and my access to my account has been removed.
So because I have no access, there is no way for me to try to pay again with a different card.
The email says I need to contact apple by phone, but all of the phone support options have been removed. The support phone numbers no longer work and if I go through the steps at:
https://developer.apple.com/contact
I can only get email support.
It seems today my app will be removed from the app stores which would be an absolute disaster, we have no clients launching soon. Of course I have done the email method but I need some way to solve this problem faster. I'm posting on the forums here out of desperation. If anyone from Apple can give me a support number to call, or email me so we can discuss how I can pay again, at devin at atiom.app it would be a life-saver.
