Hi Apple, I'm also in the position the others are facing. I cannot move past the agreement process, it doesn't matter whether I'm using Macbook, iMac or my phone. It keeps taking me to the agreement page, and when I agree, proceeds to tell me I've already agreed. I have been commissioned to create an app for the first time and have taken a significant amount in advance for my time. If I cannot even get to a stage where I can publish this app, my business will have to fold as I cannot afford to repay that bill back. Please can you help with this issue, there's obviously a lot of people facing this.
