During last App Store reviews we faced with strange issue from StoreKit API.
The App Store Review Team can't receive valid SKProductsRequest result - the result is always empty or contains only invalid product identifiers.
These products were attached to the first version of the application with In-app Purchase via AppStoreConnect/App information section. Previous build failed review for another reason, but SKProductsRequest worked correctly for the Review Team (according provided screenshots from Review Team).
We checked our backend source code, simulated foreign accounts using Sandbox accounts and found no problems on our side. Our application can handle and display SKProductsRequests error. Also, our application can handle invalid product identifiers and not display them. Also we tested the same build installed via TestFlight (production-signed build) as App Store Review Team.
As recommended, we created a TSI over a week ago (case number: 101307817749), but have not received any update yet.
Are there any other ways to report an API problem to the Developers? It seems that the problem is on the App Store Connect side, but without the help of Technical Support, we cannot diagnose this error and continue the review process.
