I goto features > In-App Purchase.
click "plan a price change"
select the price tier and dates
click save, it spins and saves and then...
nothing. old price stays, nothing listed for the upcoming schedule.
It works fine for the game itself, but not for any IAPs.

Are all your contracts up to date? I think there is a new one just a few days ago.
Yes everything is up to date.
this only effects IAP, I can schedule price changes without issue for the app itself.
