I upgraded to El Capitan beta 2, and then downloaded Xcode 7 beta 2. When I try to open Xcode, I get the error "Xcode-beta will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash.":
I've downloaded Xcode 7 beta 2 twice now. I've also tried going into the bundle and opening Contents / Mac OS / Xcode, but after a long dialog, that announces that it's not from a known developer.
Any ideas?

I seem to have worked around it for the moment by setting System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General to allow apps from anywhere, then open the Xcode 7b2 bundle, navigate down to Contents > Mac OS > Xcode (command-line executable) and run that, which does the usual "need to install components" dance. We'll see if this is still working tomorrow.

Having the problem when trying to install Xcode 7.1 beta 2 onto OX 10.11 GM MB Air 2015. Get the following message,
"Xcode-beta will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash.
Got a sysdiagnose report and filed a bug report (22834222) just now.
I am running the latest beta, and installing the latest beta of Xcode. I got the error, and this is what you must do:
