I'm unable to get push notifications to go via APNS sandbox for the last two hours unless I set "mutable-content" to false or don't send it at all.
This is seriously hamstringing me developing an iOS10 notification service... It just abruptly stopped working. I have two seperate Apple accounts and codebases I have verified this behavior with.
Normal notifications without mutable-content work fine
