Our IAPs are stuck in 'waiting review'. Our app binaries get approved but we cannot release without the IAPs.
I already contacted to dev support and they passed on the support ticket to the app review team but nothing has happened so far.
Could someone at Apple please help us?

You will not get an official feedback from Apple here. That's not an official communication channel.
How long is it till you submitted for review and waiting for review ?
I would not be surprised by a 2 weeks waiting or more (it occurs without IAP).
Go into App Store Connect and do a minor edit to the description for those items/products, then save, then watch to see if they change status.

It is quite unusual for a binary to be approved and the IAPs attached to that binary not to be approved at the same time. Are you sure you attached the IAP to the binary that was just approved?
Can you explain why you wrote "binaries" in the original post rather than "binary".
And can you confirm that your IAPs are in the state 'waiting for review'?
