Our app just got accepted into the AppStore, but when I install it, there is no "Open" button in the app description page, like in other apps. Instead, it shows the "cloud with down arrow" button.
Perhaps I'm missing some information on the Info.plist?
That means the app is not installed on your device so it can't be opened. It is stored on the cloud (i.e. the app store) so you can download it from the cloud.
If you have a development version of the app installed on your device (like via Xcode), that doesn't count as the same app that is seen on the App Store. The App Store would think the app is not installed on your device.
