Apple ID name and billing

Hi, I want to enroll ADP as personal devoloper, and my question is: Are my Name, that i filled in AppleId and Contact data for billing should be the same? For example I want to have AppleID with name/surname like IOS Developer but for billing i will use a credit card with owner like John Dou Will this work? Or I will have issues with billing.

Apple Bussiness manager app signing

Hi guys, as there no info about the development process for distribution with ABM I need some explanation. So my case is I need to provide the app to a customer, and then the customer wants to use ABM to distribute an app to users. My question is what kind of signing i need to use? Is it should be a standard app, signed for iOS distribution, or it needs to use Ad-hoc or MDM signing? Explain please, thanks!

Membership renewal

Hi to all,When my Apple Developers Program had 5 days before expiration, so I started the renewal process,I filled all payment data and press submit, then I received an email from Apple with Order Acknowledgement, there was such text: "will be processed within 2 business days",it was Mon, Dec 23, 2019Now, my program has been expired, I didn't receive any new messages from apple, and can't write to support because my account was expiredIs there any solution?Thanks for the help.
