I was able to successfully install the iPadOS 10.14 beta but after a few days it would not start. Upon seeing recovery mode, the system (Big Sur dev beta) could not update through the regular "update and restore" or via the IPSW download. I received code 21 for the failure. Does anyone have any ideas to restore this? I tried also on a non beta Mac and then got 4014, which I believe means iTunes isn't sufficiently updated.
