I'm an iOS developer and I've multiple apps on Apple Store almost 2 years. Except this month August 2020, any refund did not occur on my auto renewable subscription. But this month August 2020, already 5 auto-renewable subscriptions are refunded by Apple. One auto-renewable subscription is refunded which is purchased 3 months (90 days) ago and this subscription has 3 day Free trial. Very frustrating. I've emailed to Apple but any response did not get yet.
Is apple policy updated or is this an apple bug? is anyone facing this kind of problem?
