Problems with Organization Enrollment

Hi,

So I've been struggling with this -

I already contacted D&B regarding verifying the DUNS number, and after a couple of days they have said they have completed their 'request/update. They wrote an email back saying "Resolution Description: Match Found via host investigation, host database updated"
I checked with this link -https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/#/search My organization can be looked up and searchable. The information was sent correctly to my registered address. No issues.
When I then go to enroll - I get the same error "This organization could not be verified as a legal entity. If you are a sole proprietorship/single person company, enroll as an individual. If this organization should be listed as a legal entity, update your D&B profile."

This is a bit of a setback. Any clues as to what needs to be done? The rest of the information is accurate. I am a registered LLC in the United States, with verifiable address, phone number including EIN! Any pointers that might help.

I'm having the same issue and registering as individual no longer allows you to use your company name(i.e bills, invoices etc are on your personal name). Apple basically bans small companies which makes no sense to me.

The good news is that this is a very common issue and easy to resolve. Simply navigate to the following form: https://support.dnb.com/?CUST=APPLEDEV

Enter your email address

Enter your contact information (you can use your organization's address)

Select “Developer Program”

Select “Error Message”

Fill out the organization's information on that form (you can disregard Request ID)

Upload at least two accepted legal documents for your organization

For description, copy and paste the following text:

“I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer program however when I enter my Legal Entity Name and DUNS number, I am receiving an error that my organization could not be verified as a legal entity. I have confirmed that my DUNS number and Legal Entity Name are both entered correctly. Please advise”.

From here, D&B will reach out in a few days to resolve this issue and provide a timeframe as to when you can continue your Apple Developer account enrollment
