Can't renew developer membership

I'm having the same exact issue. I've tried it on multiple browsers with no luck. I have been trying since yesterday afternoon.

Having the same issue. Our app is shut down on App Store because of the membership expired and I can't renew. I can't believe Apple is doing it to us developers.

The recommended workaround is to do the renewal from an iOS device. I was having the same problem, but it worked from my iPhone.

I having a same issue. I renewed my account at 26/2/2019. But now I can't login account. I don't know what happened with my account.

The app waits for the agreement. The developer account needs to be renewed. There is 110.25 US dollars in the account, which should be enough for the annual fee. I am prompted to change the country, but I can't change the country because I can't spend the balance?
