After the 2nd attempts to submit an app, this time the app was rejected due to metadata. It stated:
We noticed that your screenshots do not sufficiently reflect your app in use.
Do I need to submit multiple screenshots? I just submitted one screenshots each - the portrait mode of 5.5" iphone and the portrait mode of 12.9" ipad pro.

The rejection mentions what the screenshots depict...or don't depict. If rectifying that issue requires multiples, then yes.
Whatever it takes for someone to be able to look at just the screenshots and understand what your app does in action.
In my case, apple is rejecting the app because one of my prints does not have the app in the art, I sent to them dozens of examples of apps that does the same thing and they didn't care, this is unfair.
