Hey Guys, I have submitted a new app last week and i got a Meta Reject notification. The message told me to reply the message after making the required changes. I updated the content but i cannot find the reply button to the message. Is it disabled during this holiday period?
No reply button in Resolution Center?
I don't think you should be expecting to see a 'reply' button. From iTC Help:
"If your app does not pass review and is rejected, you will receive a communication from Apple explaining the reason for the rejection. These communications are distributed via Resolution Center. You can respond to active Resolution Center issues for your apps by tapping on the alert banner within iTunes Connect for iOS."
Same here, the message says at the bottom:
"Please reply to this message in Resolution Center to confirm the availability of a valid demo account, and we will continue with the review."
But there is no way to reply
iTC Help says this about that:
"What is Resolution Center for iOS?
If your app does not pass review and is rejected, you will receive a communication from Apple explaining the reason for the rejection. These communications are distributed via Resolution Center. You can respond to active Resolution Center issues for your apps by tapping on the alert banner within iTunes Connect for iOS."
We just experienced the same issue. It appears that only the "Agent" (i.e., the original account owner) will see a Reply box in the Resolution Center on the iTunes Connect website, whereas Admins or Members won't. That said, we found that the iTunes Connect iOS app showed a reply button in the Resolution Center, even for the non-agent users.
I had same problem online, but the "Reply-To Button" is there if you do it from your iPhone 🙂
Facing the same issue , unable to see the Textbox to post reply on Resolution Center. I guess its due to Holiday Season , maybe they have disabled it.
Same issue, I will wait until next week after the holidays and check it again..
Same problem... no reply button
Okay, now I am able to see the reply button as well as the TextView on Resolution Center. All these things got enabled on 28th December 2019 after the holidays.
Hope this helps in future
Hi, Reply button shall not show if you are not logged in as original account holder but has some lesser access to the account through other role which doesnt have permission to communicate with App store review team
