An error occurred during uploading to iTunes Store

Hi,

I'm trying to upload my app archive to iTunes Store but it always show an error message "An error occurred during uploading to iTunes Store".

Below are my actions:

- Validate the app release with xcode and result is OK

- Use Upload to App Store in xcode have that error

- Use Application loader to upload IPA file have the same error

- Restart Xcode & OS with no luck

Please can anyone explain why this happens?

I encountered this error An error occurred uploading to the App Store.

Already spent some hours..😭

↓ my environment is

MacOS Catalina 10.15.6
Xcode: Version 11.6
Java

Code Block java --version
java 14.0.2 2020-07-14
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 14.0.2+12-46)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 14.0.2+12-46, mixed mode, sharing)

Also, I tried to transporter app（ https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/transporter/id1450874784?mt=12 ）, But not working
↓this is Transporter's error
