How to add NEHotspotHelper entitlements?

Hi,

I'm having trouble adding an entitlement for the new NEHotspotHelper API. The documentation in the header says I need to set "

com.apple.developer.networking.HotspotHelper

" as one of the app's entitlements, so I've added this to the entitlements file, but when I run the app I get the following error from Xcode:

"The executable was signed with invalid entitlements. The entitlements specified in your application’s Code Signing Entitlements file do not match those specified in your provisioning profile. (0xE8008016)."

I've confirmed that the HotspotHelper entry above is all that's missing from the entitlements in the provisioning profile. However there is not an option to add this in the standard "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" interface.

How can I add this entitlement to the provisioning profile?

@tclark thanks for pointing us to the request form but the link is broken, was the requirement lifted or did the link change? we also couldn't find any working link in the apple documentation as it's pointing to the same broken link
