Paid for Developer Account, account pages says purchase to complete enrollment

I paid for a Developer Account a couple of hours ago, I have an email with my completed order, and my bank account has been charged. However when I go to my developer account page, it says to complete my purchase to complete enrollment. If I click on the link then I'm brought through to the payment details page and prompted to go through the whole process again.

I don't want to end up buying 2 accounts, but I also don't want to wait 48 hours only to find out there's been a problem.

Does anybody know how to proceed?

1. It takes 48 hours to Complete the Purchase. 2. iF your under 16, you can not use the program!

It has been 576 hours since I got email that purchase will be completed in next 48 hours (Aug 19th). I tried it again on Aug 30th and Sept 4th but still no other resposne than those same emails. No charge on my bank account, nothing. I even sent support message and still no answer. What the **** is happening?

Nice to see they are fixing their issues 5 years later. This has been bug 300 while trying to enroll for the dev account. Very promising

Same here. I made purchase, I have confirmation documents for it, but in http://developer.apple.com/account/ I'm asked to purchase again. Apple Support just ignores me for a week. Perhaps some publicity is needed for Apple to start working on the issue?

I think you have to download the Developer app in appstore on your Mac or iPhone, and do the purchase from there in order to work.
