In visionOS, there are existing modifiers that can completely conceal the hands. However, I am interested in learning how to achieve the effect of only one hand disappearing while the other hand remains visible.

There's no supported way for you to limit the upper limb visibility to just one hand with the APIs currently available. If you'd like us to consider adding the necessary functionality, please file an enhancement request using Feedback Assistant. In your enhancement request please include as much information as possible as to why you are wanting to achieve this. Once you file the request, please post the FB number here.
