I want to apply a new sandbox account. I click Users and Access, and then click sandbox, but the sandbox page is totally empty. It's weird. I have set up an account before. But after I delete it and click the sandbox, the sandbox page is totally empty now. Why?

The same goes for me. I can still use the deleted sandbox user on the device and log in with the credentials.
Same problem and the browser gives this error:
TypeError: Oe.totalAccounts is undefined

Step 1: Go to the sandbox page.
Step 2: Refresh the page.
If this step is not completed, proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Turn off Wi-Fi or any network connection, then click on the sandbox. You will see an error on the sandbox page along with an "Add Test Account" option. Click the "+" button to open the Add Account modal. Next, turn on Wi-Fi or the network connection while submitting.

Same issue :( but relieved it's not isolated to me.
Still the same problem. I had the idea to create a sandbox user via api, but you can only show and edit existing accounts. So it seems that we have to wit for a reaction from Apple here, which is absolutely disappointing....
