App review takes too long

Hi there,

I sent my review to Apple on December 11th, and it’s been almost two weeks since then.

I understand that the holiday season can cause delays, but I’m wondering if this is an unusually long wait.

Is it possible that my ticket got stuck in the system?

If so, how can I expedite the process and get a response as soon as possible?
