My app version was rejected

App review claimed they couldn't access the address we provided. However, after supplying this address to Google for review, it was accessible without any issues. We suggested that the review change their network environment or attempt to access the address through a browser, but this request was denied. It's been half a month, and the review of our app has made no progress.

Make sure to test your app using any combination of settings that Apple permits, such as iCloud Private Relay, Lockdown Mode, etc.

Could you please provide me with the specific rejection error message that was provided by the App Review team? Can you provide as much information as possible and what API are you using?
