Enrollment: Documentation needed

I tried already twice to enroll to the developer program and I'm stuck again at the same point after receiving an email from Apple program stating: "Please note that we still need the documentation we requested two weeks ago in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents”." Except I've never received such an email and I don't know which documents I should upload. I tried to contact by mail or phone the assistance but I never managed to succeed in having a response. I tried in both way but via phone when I insert both the number registered on the account I get an error massage "this EMAIL ADDRESS is not valid to update you email address visit..." but first it's a phone number and you can't even insert letters, furthermore it's the number associated to my account. I tried also by mail but the form is stuck after hitting send and i never received a reply anyway. Today I received another reminder via mail:

Thank you for your interest in the Apple Developer Program.

We'd like to continue your enrollment, but we still need the documentation we requested last week in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents”.

Upload Documents.

If you have already provided documentation, disregard this notice.
