App status - Ready for Distribution

App Status shows Ready for Distribution but the app does not get listed in the App Store, any reason? There is no red mark or any message highlighting <something >is pending.

Please note,

  • Automatic Release option is set
  • View on App Store shows App Store Preview followed by the product logo name and other details
  • Business Agreements Filled with Paid Apps, Free Apps, Banking Information, Tax Forms. Not sure anything more.

Welcome to the forum.

How long ago was it 3ready for distribution" ? It may take a few hours up to one day to appear.

Is it a new app or an update ?

Of course, you access Appstore from a country in which you have declared the app to be distributed (India I guess) ?

Thank you for your post. It can take up to 24 hours after approval for your app to publish to the store. If you're still having issues we recommend contacting the Developer Support team. They will be able to assist you with your app status in App Store Connect and on the App Store.

You can reach the Developer Support team using the contact us form.

I have similar issue, but it's a private app. It was already released and in 'Ready for Sale' status months ago. Existing ABM orgs still have access. It's been placed in 'Ready for Distribution' status for weeks/months. The release option is disabled. The first new ABM org since has just reached out because they are having trouble accessing it. There are no warnings, or unaccepted agreements pending in App Store Connect.

EDIT: New status just appeared: Developers must provide their trader status to submit new apps or app updates for distribution in the European Union (EU)

We do not distribute to EU ( only US & Canada). Does this apply to our app?

UPDATE: I acknowledged that we are not a Trader and not distributing to EU. Release option still disabled. Should I assume this was in the way, and it's still processing?

EDIT: Under pricing & availability the app is still listed as ...available in all future App Store countries or regions. Is this a problem? Updating the setting requires 24hrs to process, and obviously we wouldn't want to delay org access unnecessarily.
