I requested early access for image playground 24 hours ago and haven't gotten it approved. Are they rolling it out slowly or is it a problem with my phone.
Does anyone know how long it might take for apple to approve the Image playground early access?
it’s now closer to 26 hours and no updates still the access requested. has anyone been able to figure this out?

Still waiting as well. Well over 24 hours here as well, and I’m guessing because I don’t actually pay for the developer sub, but when Apple Intelligence first came out and I requested that, it didn’t take long at all, an hour at most.
do people have updates i’m now at over 38 hours and still no update. Did eating overnight do anything for yall?

Lordy I’ve been waiting for hours and days for it to be accepted. How come I got 18.1 apple intelligence beta accepted in a matter of minutes? It just doesn’t make sense
Guys I found a way of generating images without Image Playground.
I'm assuming you guys have the 18.2 beta installed, which means Chatgpt should be integrated into Siri, if not turned on already.
Basically you just ask Siri to ask Chatgpt to generate an image. Chatgpt does create one. It's really not the same and not as seamless, but it's an okay workaround
I've tried researching of how to skip the waitlist and using Image Playground, but I personally haven't found anything
Honestly, you should just wait for some time until you get access. At some point we will get permission
What possibly happened is that the available slots filled up quickly, and that Apple is working to make more in the coming weeks, as described by Jimscard in his reply to this thread:
