Apple Intelligence not visible

I have updated to MacOS Sequoia, but i do not see Apple Intelligence and Siri in the settings, I can just see Siri.

The same thing has happened to me with my iPhone 15 pro max. the settings for apple intelligence is just simply not there, only Siri.

Hello!

Did you update to macOS Sequoia 15.1 Beta or macOS Sequoia 15? The Apple Intelligence features are only available in macOS Sequoia 15.1 beta. Additionally, do you have an M-series MacBook required for Apple Intelligence?

I have m1pro and i've set the region and siri language to USA and it says "preparing" when i've clicked to "apply for apple intelligence"
