Acceptable app updates frequency?

Hi, I'm new to AppStore Connect, can anyone help me understand of how often it's ok to submit new app versions to AppStore Connect in terms of platform guidelines/restrictions?

It's clear that's probably most of users prefer less amount of updates. But as my app was just released few days ago I don't have any significant amount of users.

As I find more convenient for myself to deliver small improvements not stacked but with frequent updates, can anyone give any advice of would it be acceptable to deliver new updates every 1-2 days for the first month after app release? With the intention to make them more rare after a month or so?

Or is there any significant factors to make the updates not that often?

Just FYI by improvements I mean improving some existing and well-working features like making better some components design, adding additional filter options (I have "to-do" app) or adding some appearance settings to improve UX overall.

Like it's not about fixing some bugs or problems as I deliver well tested app versions.

It's just about my personal convenience.

I disagree, I think users consider frequent updates to be an indication that an app is being actively maintained.

The other vital consideration is tnat the App Store search ranking algorithm may prefer apps with more frequent updates.

I think the ideal update frequency is probably “a bit more often than your competitors”.

Every 1-2 days seems rather extreme though.

I don’t believe there is a mandated limit imposed by the review system. Beware that each review is an opportunity for them to invent something else to complain about.

If we take a look at how Apple is doing, as an interesting indication:

main apps (Keynote, Numbers, Pages…) are updated every few months.
fast changing, as Xcode is updated every 2 months for release version and every 2 weeks for betas.

So, a release every 2 or 3 months is probably a good rhythm (may be faster for the very initial releases when app evolves more rapidly - but not every day, probably every week - or in case of major bug correction need).
