Need help!

Our app is rejected for a reason that isn't right.

Here is their explanation: We found in our review that your app is intended to be used by a specific business or organization, including partners, clients, or employees, but you've selected public distribution on the App Store in App Store Connect. Since the App Store is intended for apps with a public audience, we recommend reviewing the other distribution options available to you through your Apple Developer Program Account.

The issue is that it is a public app that we need to be publicly listed.

Any guidance?!

It's difficult to comment without knowing your app, but you can submit an appeal to App Review if you believe this is an error. Sometimes they may just need some extra information or clarification

Do you mean that the app is NOT intended to be used by a specific business or organization, including partners, clients, or employees ?

If so, you should explain it with convincing arguments in the comments to reviewer. But first, try to imagine why reviewer came to that conclusion, that will help write a more convincing explanation.
