Cannot create new release page on "Apple Developer Program License Agreement" has been updated

Hi,

When trying to create a new release for my app on App Store Connect, I am getting the error:

--

Agreement Update

The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website.

--

However, when looking under Agreements in the Account page, it shows that the latest agreement was accepted on July 1, 2024:

--

Agreements

Apple Developer Program License Agreement

Issued June 10, 2024. Accepted July 1, 2024.

Apple Developer Agreement

Issued June 7, 2015. Accepted March 25, 2020.

What am I missing?

Update: It appears the issue resolved itself. Perhaps it was a bug.

Getting the same error. Is there any solution?

We are facing the same issue. When trying to create a new release, the 'Agreement Update' message appears with a note that we have to accept the 'Apple Developer Program License Agreement'. But we did:

--

Agreements

Apple Developer Program License Agreement

Issued June 10, 2024. Accepted June 25, 2024.

Apple Developer Agreement

Issued June 7, 2015. Accepted February 21, 2019.

Additionally, we successfully added a new release on July 5 (after we accepted the license) without this message appearing. It started appearing suddenly with no known way to solve it (as we did accept the license), so any help would be appreciated.

Same issue here.

If I navigate to the root menu of Appstore connect a different warning shows

Review the updated Paid Applications Schedule.
In order to update your existing apps, create new in-app purchases, and submit new apps to the App Store, the user with the Legal role (Account Holder) must review and accept the Paid Applications Schedule (Schedule 2 to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement) in the Agreements, Tax, and Banking module.

To accept this agreement, they must have already accepted the latest version of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement in their account on the developer website.

Just as our account holder is on holiday... I'm also confused because we don't have a paid app, and the agreement does not appear to have been updated since June 10th.

Resolution: You've to accept the paid agreement. Then you'll be able to create new version.
