I've started experiencing this phenomena that users are downloading my app from the App Store but are receiving an older version (2-3 versions behind my latest approved build). Anybody have an idea what could be the reason for it?
Users are getting older versions of my app
Could they be running older iOS versions and your new version requires a later iOS version?
