App Store Connect Issues

Hi, whenever I try to access an app page on App Store Connect, either it loads endlessly or it says: "something went wrong". It's been several hours but nothing's changed. Any ideas?

I am having similar experiences with App Store Connect. It's been incredibly flaky for the last 24 hours. Pages don't load properly. TestFlight invites don't get sent. Builds are stuck in "Processing" for up to 9 hours.

Same issues here, it is constantly erroring out when trying to view or upload now screenshots.

There is an ongoing outage... It is SO FRUSTRATING to see those perfectly green system status page (useless automatic monitoring...), imagining happy developers going about their day without any actual mean for people to report what is going on.

What is going on:

  • App Store Connect apps section not loading
  • Randomly shows an error saying something went wrong with a link "contact us"
  • Clicking link "contact us" results in another error "Something went wrong"
  • Once in a while it is possible to access to the app in question after a while but all the information inside the app is unable to load and you see different endpoints going in error in network tab of developer console

Have tried in three different networks, it is not a network problem.

I have an urgent release of our app that needs to go ASAP through review. It is costing us money.

Is there any way we can get Apple into this?

Same problem right 7/3 PST. Pages keep reloading "something went wrong". Can't do my app update. Problem has a "contact us" link, and that page also won't load half the time.

Same here. We are unable to submit, check anything or address rejected apps that were submitted earlier.

Same here. I experienced the first issues about 12hrs ago. Still the same problems. I contacted Apple but no response :(
