Hey,

So I obviously downloaded the dev beta the second I could, and I didn’t notice any bugs. Except after the first reboot, the new Screen Time settings UI is replaced by the old one (see video below). This also has an effect on Remote Screen Time Management somehow, making any change (Downtime, App limit, etc) from the guardian’s device over the internet (as in not directly on the managed phone) not take effect at all. Rebooting does nothing, connecting to wifi does nothing, everything. I reported this to the Feedback Assistant so hopefully they catch wind of this soon.

Anyone else experiencing this bug or does anyone have a workaround? Reply if so.

newer beta tester here and this issue has popped up for me.. doesn't seem to be a fix yet, and it seems like this has been an unsolved issue for weeks now. APPLE, PLS ADDRESS THIS my phone is all locked down with screentime and I cant turn it off, my bank app is locked!!

Same issue here. Additionally, when I try to exist and re-open settings, it freezes and only shows a plain white/black screen (excluding time, service, and battery)

Since upgrading to iOS 18 beta, Screen Time crashes constantly. Once an app reaches its limit, it becomes inaccessible, and trying to access Screen Time settings crashes the app.

This is severely impacting my device’s usability! Please address this issue in the next update. Any immediate workarounds would be appreciated.

My bug report got flagged as ”Potential fix identified - For a future OS update” and ”More than 10 recent similar reports”. So please remember to file a bug report in the feedback app to make it a higher priority for Apple.

FB14427862 If i click on screen time in settings it wont let me access it, but if I long press it will. It tells me that I do not have screen time turned on even though I have time limits at night and my moms phone says I have screen time. If i try to turn it on it kicks me out of settings.

I have this issue as well when an app is locked from downtime there is only the "enter screen time password" option. The "one more minute" and "send request" options are unavailable. This might be intentional but I hope it isn't.

So this is the same thing for me and also when I when I try to add more screen time for me I usually I gave myself like 15 more minutes so I answered my passcode quick 15 more minutes or an hour and then it just disappears and I can’t access it It’s kind of useful by limiting you but

How are you even able to access your screen time? My bug is that I can’t access it it glitches.

I think some people are worried about their own screen time issue however, as a guardian, I'm concerned about my child's restrictions and screen time. Once the beta update was downloaded, he's able to bypass all restrictions. Please advise on what to do.
