Problem to distribute my app on an alternative app marketplace

Hello.

Maybe someone can help me here, Apple support was useless.

I'm trying to distribute my apps on an altrenative market place and following these instructions: https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/distributing-apps-in-the-european-union/manage-distribution-on-an-alternative-app-marketplace

I sent my develoepr ID to marketplace and they sent me marketplace token back. Now, when I go to "Users and Access, under Integrations" to click Marketplace to add it for my app I have NO such option!

I have Account Holder, Admin roles and I have completed Digital Services Act, not sure if it's important.

Anyone had this kind of problem??? Any solution???

As I said, Apple support just couldn't figure it out and just sent me the same doc links again. Thank you.

In order to distribute apps through an alternative marketplace, you need to have accepted the Alternative Terms Addendum. Can you please check if that is the reason why you don't see the Alternative Distribution section in App Store Connect? https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/distributing-apps-in-the-european-union/choosing-terms-for-your-app-in-the-european-union

Yes, that was the problem. But information is very obscure, I couldn't find the link to Alternative Terms Addendum in the docs or developer account.

Hello everyone,

I've encountered an issue while trying to select the notarization review type for my iOS app intended for distribution via an alternative marketplace in the EU. Following the guidelines specified in the Submit for Notarization documentation, I expected to find this option in the "App Review Information" section of App Store Connect.

However, this selection is absent, which is contrary to the steps outlined in Apple's documentation.

Context of My Problem:

Documentation Alignment: I carefully reviewed and followed all instructions for submitting an app for notarization as per Apple's official guide.
Pre-requisites Completed: The Alternative EU Terms Addendum is agreed upon, and I have the marketplace token from the marketplace owner. (I can see the marketplace token form under "User and Access")
Visibility Issue: Despite having the token and following all documented steps, I cannot access the review type selection for notarization in App Store Connect.

Given that the marketplace owner asked for a notarized version of the app first, and considering that the Apple documentation doesn’t explicitly state that having the marketplace token is a prerequisite to viewing the notarization review option, this situation is quite confusing.

Has anyone here experienced something similar? Does obtaining the marketplace token influence the visibility of notarization options in App Store Connect? Any insights or suggestions to reveal the notarization review type would be immensely helpful.
