Unable to Enrol in Apple Developer Program

Hello,

I am trying to enrol in the Apple Developer Program but I keep hitting a brick wall with support; saying "We are unable to continue with your enrolment at this time.", then proceeding to not help or share information on why.

I have been ignored and left in the dark for a week and today have been told by several people on the phone that I can't continue with the enrolment. One of the case numbers is: 102255209172.

I don't know what information they would need from me. I was told they'd reset my enrolment so I can submit it again but I'm not sure if that even got carried out.

I just want to enrol to release an app, it has never been this difficult to give a company money.

I have seen this issue posted a couple years ago but nothing recent. I'm posting this now in hopes of someone helping me and letting me know if they had any luck with the same issue.

Is it the first time you try to unroll or did you unroll in the past ? If so, how was your account terminated ?

Who are this people ? Apple Support ? Did you call them or did they contact you ?

In which country are you trying to enrol ?
