For app reviews, we attach a demo video showing a particular functionality of the app in the app store connect. However, since thursday last week, we've been getting an error while uploading the file. The app review was rejected due to missing video. The same error appears when attaching the file in the reply section.
This could be an outage.
Could someone else please try uploading the file and confirm if they are seeing the same error or not? Thanks!!
Same issue here. Also other issues with removing the app from review etc.
This is still an issue and cannot upload any files with the app review.
I had the same issue. I don't know why, but I changed the attachment from mp4 to zip format and was able to upload it.
I had the same problem. I changed the video file extension from .MP4 to .mp4 and that fixed the issue.
