DSA compliance web page has wrong address, and I can't change it.

  1. I visit https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps

  2. A banner at the top of the screen tells me that I need to "provide and verify information regarding your account" for DSA compliance.

  3. I click on the "complete compliance requirements" link. The address shown for my business on this page is correct.

  4. I click on "Complete Compliance Requirements for (business)" near the top of this page. The address is also correct here.

  5. I click on "Complete Compliance Requirements" near the top of this page. This presents an "are you a trader?" popup; I select "This is a trader-provided account" and click Next.

  6. This shows a popup headed "Contact Information Verification". This page shows the wrong address. It shows an old personal address, pre-dating the establishment of my business.

  7. This popup tells me to contact Dun & Bradstreet to update my address. I click on the "Learn More" link.

  8. I follow the instructions to find my business on the D&B website. Of course Dun & Bradstreet already know the correct address for the business, so I am unable to change it.

The result is that I am unable to complete DSA compliance.

I think the root cause is that I had a personal developer account which Apple transferred to my business when I established it in 2018. Anyone else seeing problems like this?

same issue here

Hi @flavio_coradini - did you also change from an individual developer account to a business at some point?

I have the very same issue. I converted my personal developer account (in Germany) into a business account (in the States) when I founded my business there. DUNS has the correct (US) address in their records, but App Store Connect still shows the old (German) address - even on the main page, which is different from the OP's situation. I cannot change that address there. I don't even live in Germany anymore... What a mess.

Right, yours seems a slightly different situation. You may be able to fix it by going through whatever process there is for changing a business address.

It is showing the correct address for me - I hope it works for the rest of you!

Same problem. I also changed from a personal account to an organization account.

My organization address shows correctly everywhere including DUNS pages, but the DSA verification page shows my old personal address, with no option to change it.

Left with no choice I proceeded with verification (brilliantly) and voila, now I have my personal address on all European App Store pages!

It's been over 20 days now. I'm banging my head with Apple's Eurodev support and all I'm getting is that my problem has been conveyed to the engineering team. That's it. No acknowledgement or response or any sort of idea from the engineering team as to when will this be fixed.

I asked them if in the meanwhile they can manually update the address but guess what - they don't have this provision! Surprised? Why?

Every time I follow up, I am asked to provide a screen recording of the problem, screenshots and timestamps of when it occurred! Once is fine. I can understand. But every time? Sure why not!

Absolutely pathetic support

Anyone able to fix this? Apple support has stopped replying to my emails. Doesn't look like they're interested in fixing this.

Experiencing the same thing. I've contacted Apple Support multiple times and always ends up them referring us to D&B to update our information there. We've already done that step, and still getting stuck on the DSA compliance forms.

Did you ever find a resolution for this problem? We've tried updating in D&B mulitple times but address in App Store connect still not updating

Same here. - I did find the wrong address listed in my developer membership details at https://developer.apple.com/account. I used the "update info" button under the wrong address and filled out a lengthy form (including my D.U.N.S) requesting a change - Am hopeful Apple will reply within 24 hours like promised. Stay tuned and fingers crossed!

Follow-up: Apple support did get back to me and after much back and forth and uploading several various "official" documents proving that my company was at a different address, I was able to change my developer address. Then was able to proceed with the DSA compliance process using the correct address (a real pain-in-the-a$$, but successful).

DSA compliance web page has wrong address, and I can't change it.
