Unresponsive support/Issue with DUNS number

Hey everyone,

This is my first experience with the Apple developer program and, I must say, after over 10 years only buying products in the Apple ecosystem, this is by far the less Apple-like experience I have ever had.

Apple Dev support is completely unresponsive, I have been waiting for an answer on my ticket for over a month, the organization they require me to use to publish an app as a company (Dun&bradstreet) has a very buggy website, no type of support and keeps declining my request for a DUNS number without specifying what was wrong in the application. Is there anyone who had a similar experience and can give me any tips?

Not being a developer myself, I need to give access to this account to my technical resources, and at the moment the only way to do that is by providing the password to my personal Apple ID. I have tried contacting support to move the membership on another ID, but they won't answer and even if I try to buy the membership again on the other ID, it won't let me.
