Unable to add credit card for developer program membership renewal

Hey everyone, I am wondering if you can help me. I have already reached out to Apple Support but have not heard back yet - it's been a week and my company's porgram membership is set to expire on Janary 26, 2024.

Problem: Although I am the developer program Account Holder and Admin for my organization, and even though the Developer Portal tells me to add a card for payment, when I click the "Add a Card" prompt and then login with my Apple ID at the prompted URL (https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage), I am not presented with an option to add a credit card at all. There is no place to add a card, and my "Organization" tile is greyed out. I cannot click on it.

Any ideas?

Yes, exact issue happening with me. I actually recall this happening last year when it was about to expire and Apple having to help me with it by sending me some weird random link to update my details. It seems it still isn't fixed and I'm facing the issue again this year. Did you find a solution?

same here, one year later no solution ??? I got email saying I shall add a card to renew developer membership, but no option for it...
