Cannot prepare visionOS listing on AppStore Connect

I wanted to add visionOS as a platform for my app, but once it was added, I get this message:

You'll be able to provide metadata and submit visionOS apps to the App Store at a later date. In the meantime, explore the visionOS tools and resources available to you right now. Learn More

I thought we could finally create the page, am I missing something?

Add me to the list of developers that would like to know how to submit my VisionOS app that this link https://developer.apple.com/visionos/submit/ says we can do, but provides NO instructions on how to do it.
