I'm trying to register for the Apple Developer Program but I can't because of this error: Your enrollment could not be completed. (December 2023). Apple support has told me several times that there's nothing they can do, 4 attendants... terrible service from Apple, how sad. A year working on an app that I won't be able to publish :(

I think I've found a solution, I'm just waiting for the payment to be confirmed by email.
