Sync isn't responding. It hangs on "preparing to sync" for hours. Four attempts, results are all the same. Need some help here.

Beta software anything is expected until kinks are ironed out.

Same problem here with OS 11.7.10/iOS 17.2 on an iPhone XR. Backups are fine, but no sync.

iOS 17.2.1 fixed it for me.
