Hello,
I tried to enroll to the apple developer program but it gave me an error that says "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.". I checked other posts about this issue and nothing has worked yet. I also checked that there is a age constriction and I am over 18.
I had talked with the Apple Support over the phone and they told me that "Your apple id is unverifiable to join to the apple developer program". I asked the reasons and how should I proceed. They told me that they do not have any insights or ideas about this problem. Any help is appreciated.
