My problem was solved after the email response from the Apple team. I think there was a systemic problem and they fixed it.

Also facing this issue. Have been trying to solve it for hours. My account holder has updated the Agreements, Tax, and Banking section, which I read somewhere might be a hinder, but to no avail...

I'm having the same issue. It's a 500 Internal server error thrown by Apple. I think we have to wait until they solve it....
