not able to get users correct email when user prefers to hide their email

We need users correct email instead of the relay email when user signs in according to our company policy but unfortunately we are not able to get that information. is it even possible to get that. if yes please guide. i am able authenticate the token where we get the relay email only

Well, that is the purpose of having the hide email option, which has nothing to do with your company's policy in the real world. Your company must accept that this is the only means of contact with your customer. Privacy.
