Strange thing installing developer build 3. Downloaded and prepared as normal but..... My phone didn't restart... No white progress bars. Nothing to indicate it was installing. But the phone says it's up to date and the version number matches the new build! This definitely reminds me of the twilight zone...
Has anyone ever seen this???
