I requested to clear a sandbox user's purchase history five days ago, still nothing.
I had posted 3 builds of an app on Testflight, still awaiting review.
And this isn't the first time we've waited days or even weeks for someone at Apple to wake up and do their job. This is killing us, we can't waste that much time!
What do you do when this happens to you? I also submitted a support ticket but I already know it will end up unresolved.
