Membership Renewal option not available to Account Holder

Hi all,

I am the account holder for the organization account, but I do not see the Membership Renewal or Auto-Renewal toggle button under Membership Details section of the Accounts page.

We are based in India, so not sure if Auto Renewal is even an option for us.

Anyone else overcome this? What am I missing?

UPDATE: I have now added funds to the Apple ID (Account Holder) through UPI. Will the developer account membership renew automatically using these funds? Has anyone else gone through this and can share their experience?
