Apple Developer Program enrolment

Hello guys, I've tried last week to enroll in Apple Developer Program but I have this message in the enroll section 'Contact us to continue your enrollment. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us.', I sent 2 emails to support but still no answer. Have anyone any ideea what should I do next about this? I can't find a contact number for Apple Developer Program.

FYI: My country is Romania - Europe

I've been having the exact same problem. I tried to enrol last weekend was faced with "Contact Us to Continue: Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us."

I emailed support and they replied three days later with some generic advice about making sure my information was accurate, not using a shared device to enrol, making sure my ID is not expired etc. Then the "Contact Us to Continue" message went away and I was able to resubmit. I made sure everything was accurate and took extra clear photos of my ID against a white background. Again I see "Contact Us to Continue: Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us."

I have emailed support a second time asking if they can tell me what I should do differently. I will let you know what I hear back. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Hi @joeyrideout . I have an update about this. They responded to my email exactly like they did to you and the enrollment journey unblocked and I could’ve start it all over again. Now I paid the subscription and I have another message in developer page on web app which says that the it will take up to 48 hours for the purchase to process. But the purchase was successful and I got the invoice for it from Apple. I sent another email to support to ask if I have to do anything else because now I should have access to my account.

@alexcontra How you convinced them as they are not ready to say anything as they only say that I can't enrol in this program.

As in 2024 I am also facing this error in India and its already 2 months connecting with every support of apple with no luck.

I am not option to enroll from web and in App I am getting this error which is completely ridiculous.
