Because we don’t qualify it on that release.
As Chugunomi noted, it’s possible to get it to launch. However, it hasn’t been tested, and thus it’s not supported. I recommend that you stay on the supported path because, once you stray from that path, every time you hit a problem you can’t tell whether that problem is caused by your unsupported configuration.
